Creator Agreement
You agree to this each time you tap "I agree. Book my visit" on an offer. It's between you, the salon and the agency that posted the offer.
The trade
You receive the service in the offer free of charge. In return you deliver the video or photos the offer describes within 7 days of your visit, by uploading them in EZfootage and, if the offer says to post, posting them on your page and pasting the link.
Rights
You keep copyright. You grant the salon and the agency a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, edit and repost what you deliver on social media, websites and in paid advertising, with or without your handle.
Disclosure
When you post, you'll say the service was gifted, for example #gifted or #ad, as US advertising rules require.
If you don't deliver
If you take the service and don't deliver within 7 days, the salon or agency can mark the booking as not delivered. Your card on file is then charged the value shown on the offer, and you get a strike. Two strikes and your account is removed. If you can't make a visit, cancel before you go; nothing is charged for a cancelled visit.
Your promises
You're 18 or older. You're not an employee of the salon. Anyone who appears in your video agreed to be filmed. Your content is your own work and breaks no law and no platform rule.
Paid collabs
If an offer includes pay, the amount, deposit and when it's paid are shown on the offer before you agree.
Who's responsible
EZfootage only connects you. Any dispute about the service or the video is between you, the salon and the agency.
