Videographer Agreement
You agree to this each time you tap "Take this job".
The job
You'll film at the salon on the day and time shown, follow the shot list, and upload the footage in EZfootage after the shoot. The agency will call you before the shoot is confirmed; the job isn't yours until they mark that call done.
Pay
The pay shown on the job, or the amount agreed on the briefing call, is paid by the agency, not by EZfootage. Settle how and when on the call.
Rights
You keep copyright. You grant the agency and the salon a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free licence to edit and use the footage on social media, websites and in advertising. You won't post the raw footage yourself unless the agency agrees.
On site
You'll be on time, respect clients and staff, and film only people who've agreed. For PMU shoots, the client has agreed before you film close-ups.
If you can't make it
Give the job back in EZfootage as soon as you know, so someone else can take it. Repeated no-shows remove your account.
Independent
You're an independent videographer, not an employee of EZfootage or the agency. You handle your own taxes and insurance.
