Terms of Service
EZfootage is a service run by Vu Nguyen ("EZfootage", "we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use EZfootage.
What EZfootage is
EZfootage connects marketing agencies with videographers and content creators for shoots at nail salons, head spas and PMU studios. EZfootage is a marketplace. We are not a party to the work agreed between an agency, a salon, a videographer or a creator, and we don't guarantee that work, its quality, or that anyone will show up or pay.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. One phone number is one account, with one role: agency, videographer or creator. You're responsible for anything done through your account, so keep your phone secure.
Agencies
You confirm you have the salon owner's permission to add their salon, book shoots there, text them at the number you enter, and post creator offers for them. You pay videographers directly unless a EZfootage feature says otherwise. You're responsible for how you use footage and creator videos.
Videographers
You agree to the Videographer Agreement each time you take a job. Pay for a job is agreed between you and the agency. A monthly plan may apply after your first job; if it does, the price is shown before you pay and you can cancel any time through Stripe.
Creators
You agree to the Creator Agreement each time you book a visit. A card on file is required and is charged only as that agreement describes.
Footage and videos
Videographers and creators keep copyright in what they film but grant the agency and the salon a permanent licence to use it in social media and advertising, as the relevant agreement says. EZfootage stores files only to pass them from the person who filmed to the agency, and may delete stored files 90 days after delivery.
Texts
EZfootage sends texts for sign-in codes and for shoot and collab updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop; you'll then need another way to confirm shoots.
Payments
Stripe processes all cards. EZfootage never sees your card number. Charges are shown before you agree to them. Fees paid to EZfootage are non-refundable except where the law requires.
Ending an account
You can delete your account from Settings at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, no-show on bookings, or harm others on the service.
No warranty, limited liability
EZfootage is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for lost profits, lost content, missed shoots, or disputes between users. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid EZfootage in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app or by text. Using EZfootage after that means you accept the change.
