Privacy Policy
This explains what EZfootage collects, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Your phone number, name, email and city. Agencies: the salons you add, including the owner's name, address, salon phone and the owner's cell. Videographers and creators: your work link, handle, follower count and anything you write about yourself. Shoots, offers, applications, and the footage and videos you upload.
Why
To run the service: sign you in by text code, match jobs and offers by city, text salon owners to confirm shoots, and move footage from the person who filmed to the agency. We don't sell your information and we don't use it for advertising.
Who sees what
Agencies see the profiles of videographers and creators who take their jobs or apply to their offers, including phone number. Videographers and creators see a salon's address and contact only after taking a job or booking a visit. Salon owners' numbers are seen only by their agency and used only for the owner's own shoots.
Services we use
Twilio (texts), Stripe (cards and plans), Cloudflare R2 (footage storage), Railway (hosting). Each sees only what it needs to do its part. Stripe holds card details; we hold only the last four digits and brand.
Keeping and deleting
We keep your account until you delete it. Deleting wipes your name, phone, email and profile. Delivered footage stays with the agency it was delivered to. Uploaded files may be deleted 90 days after delivery.
Your choices
Edit your details in Settings. Delete your account in Settings. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Email us for anything else.
Children
EZfootage is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
